"We’ve been going to animal medical center of surprise for quite some time. Just this past Monday we unfortunately had to send our precious boy Moose, over the rainbow bridge. We have been devastated but Dr Allen and his team were so compassionate as we were going through this hard time. Dr Allen made us feel comfortable, supported and especially made our boy feel loved in his last moments. It wasn’t easy for him or the team either. They gave us all the time we needed to spend with him before and after. Dr Allen, thank you for what you do and how much you care for your clients (animals and humans). You are making a difference and we are so appreciative for the last moments we got with Moose and the amazing care you gave him and us, during this extremely hard time.
